Items usually take 3-5 business days to be shipped.

I try and ship all purchased items together. so if you order multiple items and one or more is a pre order item, all your items will be shipped when the last item is ready. If you wish to ship separately please contact me at time of purchase and I will try and help the best I can.

AUS domestic shipping
Based on weight. Ranges from $3-$31AUD depending on how many items you buy.

The buyer is responsible for any potential import fees or taxes associated with receiving their parcel.

I do not offer returns.

Here at Forest & Finch we love the environment and always strive to reduce our footprint. Please be mindful of the way you dispose of the packing we use for your orders.

Packing Peanuts
The packing peanuts that we use are water soluble. If you can't reuse them, just rinse them underwater and they can go down the drain.

Hex Paper
We don't use bubble wrap (unless it is reused from a package we received ourselves). This can be recycled in your home recycling bin, or reused if you are sending any packages yourself.

String
The string that your package is wrapped in is hemp cord. I personal use any left over string for things around the house, but if you are all stringed out it will break down in home compost bins or can be buried in the ground.

Boxes
Unfortunately we don't receive enough packages ourselves to only use re-used boxes. However when we have them we definitely use them for your orders. Please recycle any box you receive if you can't reuse it yourself.

1. Your mug can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped after creation.

2. You are not guaranteed a final product. Clay is a unpredictable and sometimes items don't make it through the process. Cracks can occur and in extreme cases, full explosions. I always do what I can to get a piece functional and to you intact but sometimes the clay gods have other plans.

3. If weather hinders the outdoor setting, the class will be moved indoors to my home studio, 2 minutes from the location.

4. No refunds will be given if you withdraw within 48 hours of the workshop. If you withdraw before 48 hours a 50% refund will be issued.
